Trekking- a Great Experience

Any outdoor activity in the form of mountaineering, skiing, rock climbing will boost your sensory organs and cleans your body and mind. It will also change your spiritual, psychological, physical and emotional level. One can enjoy and feel the fresh air, clean water, the golden sun and greenness of the grass.
